Terms

Staff

Service and kitchen staff are supplied (4 hour minimum). The final amount paid depends on the hours worked and includes setting up and dismantling if required.

Hire of Equipment

An equipment cost will be finalised and included in the final quote.

Beverages

Generally this is the responsibility of the client, however if you require assistance we will be more than happy to oblige.

Flowers and Dressing

We are happy to provide flowers and decorations should this service be required.

Payment Terms

Confirmation is requested in writing/email. A deposit of 50% is required 2 weeks prior to the function date. An invoice for the final amount will be presented, and is to be paid on the day of the function. Number of guests must be confirmed 7 days prior to the function.If cancellation is necessary, we require 14 days notice or a cancellation fee will be charged. Losses and breakages are the responsibility of the client, excluding kitchen and waiting staff liability or otherwise previously negotiated.
