STAFF
Service and kitchen staff are supplied (minimum
of 4 hours). The final amount paid depends on the hours worked
and includes setting up and dismantling if required.
HIRE OF EQUIPMENT
A final equipment quotation will be formulated prior to acceptance of this quote.
BEVERAGES
Generally this is the responsibility of the client, however if you require
assistance we would be more than happy to oblige.
FLOWERS & DRESSING
We would be happy to provide you with the flowers
and decorations should this aspect be required.
PAYMENT TERMS
Confirmation is requested in writing. A deposit of 50%
2 weeks prior to function date is required. An invoice
for the final amount will be presented and to be paid on day of function. Number of guests must be confirmed
7 days prior to function. If cancellation is necessary,
we require 14 days notice or a fee will be charged.
Losses and breakages are the responsibility of the client,
excluding kitchen and staff liability or otherwise previously negotiated.
